We are seeking a proactive, self-driven professional experienced in engineering and construction of solar and battery storage projects at various stages of maturity, including early development, pre-construction/NTP, and construction. This role is tailored to engineering and construction professionals that are do-ers in addition to managers, excited to operate in an entrepreneurial setting, and comfortable with a breadth of functional responsibilities. Initially, this role will be 38DN’s only EPC and engineering employee and will be responsible for taking over management of the company’s existing consultant, equipment supplier, engineering, and contractor relationships. The company will rely on this role to design the expansion of the company’s engineering and EPC function to support a significant increase in project development and construction volume over the coming 2-3 years. This role will interface directly with the 38DN leadership team, as well as 38DN’s project development and project finance teams who will continue to support project engineering and construction through the project lifecycle.
