We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to support multiple areas of our company. This position is for someone inspired by the opportunity to gain experience in renewable energy transactions, financial modeling, investor management, and new investment origination, while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Analyst will assist the team in all aspects of working with our key partners, including capital providers (equity, tax equity, and debt), project development partners, and external asset management contractors. They will play a critical role in supporting project execution, M&A activities, greenfield project development and new market analysis. Responsibilities include detailed financial modeling, due diligence support, transaction management, asset management, new investment analysis and proposal assembly, and various other business management activities. Employment: Full-time salaried position with competitive compensation (base & bonus). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
