We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Associate to join 38DN’s Project Finance & Capital Markets team. The team leads capital planning and financing for 38DN’s portfolio from Notice to Proceed through handover to Asset Management, including construction and term debt, tax equity, and project closings. The Associate will take a leading role across the full transaction scope, from modeling and due diligence through closing and post-close facility management, while helping mentor the team’s Analysts. This position is ideal for finance professionals inspired by the opportunity to deepen their experience in renewable energy transactions, financial modeling, and capital provider management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Associate will work directly with 38DN’s key partners, including tax equity investors, lenders, project development partners, and external asset management contractors, and will interface with 38DN’s leadership team as well as the Development, M&A, EPC, and Asset Management teams.
