We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Analyst or Associate with technical, financial, and/or commercial experience in the renewable energy sector or related fields to join 38DN’s Asset Management team. The role will support management of 38DN’s growing portfolio of operating solar and battery storage assets, including performance analysis, operational and investor reporting, cash management, and oversight of O&M and community solar customer management providers. Title will be determined by experience. This position is ideal for candidates with direct experience managing operating solar assets who want to help build and scale the asset management function within a growing, entrepreneurial platform, and who are comfortable working in a less structured environment and building the tools and processes they need rather than waiting for them. The role will interface directly with 38DN’s leadership team, as well as the Development, EPC, Project Finance, and Corporate Finance teams, and with lenders, investors, and third-party service providers.
