AERONES is on the lookout for a competent CTO Assistant to support our co-owner in executing key projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology. As the CTO Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to streamline processes and facilitate communication within the tech department and across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CTO in project management, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for technology-related initiatives.
  • Support the goals of the technology team by tracking project progress and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between the CTO and other departments regarding technology strategies, risks, and resources.
  • Conduct research on technology trends and competitive analysis to provide insights to the CTO.
  • Help foster a positive working environment for the technology department.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the CTO.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
  • Keen interest in technology and how it impacts business operations.
  • Category B driver's license
