What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in software development and team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire your team.
• Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD processes is a plus.
