We are seeking an experienced EU Funded Project Manager to lead and coordinate EU-funded research and innovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project execution, compliance with EU funding requirements, and effective collaboration with international partners, internal teams, and funding authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EU-funded projects from initiation to completion
• Lead or actively contribute to the preparation of proposals and all supporting documentation for new EU funding opportunities
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with Grant Agreements, EU and national regulations, and reporting requirements
• Prepare and submit technical and financial reports, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and corrective actions
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, production, operations, and external stakeholders

• Proven experience managing EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe or other programs)
• Strong understanding of EU funding rules, reporting, and compliance
• Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting project proposals and supporting documents for national and/or EU funding programmes
• Excellent project management skills (planning, coordination, risk management)
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Background in engineering, technology, manufacturing, or innovation projects is an advantage
