Senior NetSuite Admin

The company is implementing Netsuite to support their growth and is looking for someone with good hands-on Netsuite skills to support the solution and accompany the implementation of the system. Working closely with the Netsuite Partner and inhouse business teams, you will work on the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training and post go-live support and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, and workflows.
System Optimization: Build advanced saved searches, KPIs, custom reports, and dashboards for finance and operations teams.
Integrations: Maintain and troubleshoot third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Celigo, Boomi, or banking tools).
Releases & Testing: Lead bi-annual NetSuite release updates, system testing, and validation of new features.
User Support: Act as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for daily user troubleshooting and training
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite (or other ERP) administration experience.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basics/intermediate), CSV imports, and REST/SOAP web services.
Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of core financial modules (GL, AR, AP) and order-to-cash/procure-to-pay processes.
Certifications: NetSuite Certified Administrator or Certified ERP Consultant credential preferred.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
