ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Safety and Facilities Coordinator in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.

The Safety and Facilities Coordinator supports the Safety Manager in the administration, coordination, and execution of occupational health and safety programs at an assigned facility. This role serves as the primary on-site resource for day-to-day safety activities, facilities coordination, visitor management, and administrative support functions related to safety and operational compliance.

Working under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Safety Coordinator partners with plant leadership to help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workplace while ensuring that required supplies, documentation, and facility support activities are properly managed.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Safety Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

    Safety Coordination:
  • Supports implementation and administration of company safety policies and procedures under the direction of the Safety Manager.
  • Assists with maintaining OSHA logs, safety documentation, training records, inspection records, and other compliance-related administrative requirements.
  • Coordinates and tracks required employee safety training and certifications.
  • Conducts routine safety walkthroughs and assists with identifying unsafe conditions or behaviors.
  • Communicates safety concerns and corrective action needs to plant leadership and the Safety Manager.
  • Assists with coordination and follow-up of corrective actions resulting from inspections, audits, or incidents.
  • Supports safety committee activities and meetings as assigned.
  • Helps ensure proper PPE availability and compliance throughout the facility.
  • Assists with organizing and maintaining safety supplies, signage, first aid equipment, and emergency response materials.
  • Provides support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Incident Response & Documentation:
  • Serves as the initial on-site point of contact for workplace safety incidents and injuries.
  • Conducts initial incident triage and ensures proper internal reporting procedures are followed.
  • Coordinates timely completion of incident reports, witness statements, and required documentation.
  • Facilitates and oversees on-site post-incident drug and alcohol screening procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Escalates significant incidents and concerns to the Safety Manager and plant leadership.
  • Facilities Coordination:
  • Coordinates routine facility maintenance requests and communicates repair needs with maintenance personnel or vendors.
  • Assists in maintaining orderly and safe facility conditions including housekeeping, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinates procurement and inventory of PPE, safety supplies, and selected operational supplies.
  • Assists with visitor management, including visitor orientation, PPE issuance, escort coordination, and ensuring visitor safety while on the shop floor.
  • Helps support facility readiness for customer visits, audits, and inspections.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintains organized safety and facilities records and documentation.
  • Assists with preparing reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for management review.
  • Coordinates communication between the Safety Manager and plant leadership regarding ongoing safety initiatives and facility concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and general workplace safety practices.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling incidents and employee matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently while operating under direction from the Safety Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, supplies, or facility-related activities preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop floor operations preferred.
  • Experience with 5S or workplace organization initiatives preferred.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Occupational Safety, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety, facilities, manufacturing support, or administrative coordination role preferred.
  • Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to walk throughout the facility regularly to conduct inspections and coordinate activities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures while following required PPE protocols.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
