Your Role:
As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Mexico, you will serve as the key interface between Arable and strategic partners, driving the successful delivery of large-scale agricultural sustainability programs, with a strong focus on water stewardship and efficient irrigation practices, with a strong operational presence in the Querétaro region and close engagement with local partners and growers.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on partnership management, execution, and program oversight. You will work closely with partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance, ensuring alignment with Arable’s standards and holding partners accountable for high-quality execution.
This role is ideal for someone who combines agricultural knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive outcomes across complex partner ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact between Arable and strategic partners
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, partners, and growers
Participate in regular partner meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and accountability
Represent Arable in high-visibility customer interactions and sustainability initiatives
Program Implementation & Oversight
Lead the implementation of agricultural sustainability and water stewardship programs across Mexico
Ensure programs are executed according to Arable’s standards and quality expectations
Monitor progress, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions across stakeholders
Support the expansion of programs into new regions and customers
Partner Coordination & Execution
Provide direction and oversight to partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance
Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple stakeholders
Ensure partners meet performance expectations and timelines
Align internal and external teams to deliver strong program outcomes
Grower & Customer Success
Engage with growers where possible and ensure a strong overall customer experience
Translate technical insights into practical, actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
Technology & Troubleshooting
Develop a strong understanding of Arable’s technology and data outputs
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners
Ensure timely resolution of field and program-related challenges
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong background in agriculture, irrigation, agronomy, or agtech
Proven experience managing external partnerships and stakeholders
Experience implementing or leading programs across multiple stakeholders
Ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working with technology and troubleshooting issues
Experience in sustainability, water management, or environmental programs is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-visibility environment
Location & Travel:
This role is ideally based in or near the Querétaro region, given proximity to key partners and activities. Candidates located elsewhere in Mexico will also be considered.
Remote role with travel as needed across Mexico, especially during peak agricultural seasons.
