The Senior Formulation Chemist will drive the development of new in-can herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide technologies through hands-on formulation work and technology discovery. This role combines deep technical expertise, supplier collaboration, and regulatory insight with leadership of a small team and support for Exacto’s IP and innovation strategy.
