The Tax & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making and reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting and tax areas in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Skilled in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel.
- Mexican tax legislation, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and local regulations
- Fluent English is a must
