The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring that objectives related to time, scope, and quality are achieved.

This position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and a results-oriented mindset in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial) across different facilities.
• Track project performance, milestones, and risks, and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures and define roles and responsibilities for each project.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while capturing opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project resources and budgets effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions and process implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within manufacturing or product development environments.
• Proven experience coordinating multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).
