Comply with the obligations established under the IMMEX decree through the daily execution of data entry, analysis, validation, and correction activities within the Annex 24 system, ensuring proper control and traceability of temporary imported inventory.
Responsabilities
- Annex 24 update: Update the Catalogs of Annex 24: Tariff, Classes, Part Numbers, Costs, Bills of Materials, Addresses, Customers, Suppliers, etc.
- Backflush process: Execute the comparative checks between the Data Stage and annex 24 system, process and validate the monthly discharge of export invoices within the Annex 24 system.
- Record keeping: Make sure to have control of paper file and electronic documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Annex 24 and IMMEX operations.
- Knowledge of customs documentation (Pedimentos) and inventory control.
- Experience using ERP systems and Annex 24 software.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge of Annex 31 (preferred).
