The Position
We’re looking for someone who loves figuring out how systems work - and making them work better. This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and people, partnering across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial to improve how we use our tools and turn data into better decisions. You don’t need to know every system we use today, but you should be the kind of person who can pick them up quickly - whether it’s Xero, Unleashed, Salesforce, or something new entirely.
You’re naturally curious, hands-on, and not afraid to dig into messy processes to make them simpler and more effective. You have an interest in data and reporting (Power BI or similar), and you’re excited about how systems and data can unlock better outcomes - especially across supply chain and operations. Most importantly, you enjoy working across teams and regions, connecting dots, and continuously improving how things get done as we scale.
This is a hybrid role. You must attend our office in Dartmouth at least 3 days per week.

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or data issues impacting supply chain performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system workflows and data accuracy.
Data & Reporting Strategy (Microsoft BI)
- Support the development of a scalable reporting strategy using Microsoft BI.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards by connecting BI tools to core system data sources.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of key business data.
- Partner with stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs and reporting needs.
General IT Support
- Collaborate with outsourced IT support partners to resolve business-critical technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring proper setup, access provisioning, and secure deactivation of systems and accounts.
Required Skills and Experience
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with business systems in roles spanning systems support, business analysis, or operations.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience improving systems, processes, or data workflows in a business environment, with the ability to act as a system owner or super-user.
- Strong understanding of how business processes map to system workflows (finance, inventory, CRM).
- Experience with Power BI (or similar tools) to build reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, data issues, and opportunities to optimize workflows and system usage, and take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
- Experience supporting user adoption through training, documentation, or hands-on guidance.
