  • Coordinate with printers to resolve production issues, recommend design adjustments for manufacturability, and approve press proofs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, packaging specifications, and regulatory labeling standards (FDA, etc.).
  • Work within project management systems to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate status to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and propose process improvements to streamline packaging workflow.

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:

  • 2+ years of production packaging design experience, preferably in CPG or food brands.
  • Outstanding portfolio exhibiting graphic design across print and digital projects with a focus on packaging work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Strong working knowledge of dielines, prepress, color management, trapping, and print production processes.
  • Familiarity with barcodes, UPC management, nutrition panel layout, and regulatory labeling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and file organization; strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and respond to printer feedback quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt.
