Pyx Health is seeking an experienced healthcare sales professional to drive new revenue growth as a senior individual contributor. This role is purpose-built for a seller who has spent meaningful time working with Quality and clinical leadership at health plans and understands how Quality departments buy, what metrics move them, and what it takes to earn their trust. The ideal candidate brings established relationships within health plan Quality functions, operates consultatively, and can immediately contribute to pipeline development and deal execution in partnership with executive leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Originate and develop new sales opportunities through established relationships with Quality, Clinical, and Population Health leaders at health plans and managed care organizations.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through contract execution, with particular focus on navigating the Quality department's internal approval processes, HEDIS and Stars alignment, and cross-functional sign-off requirements common in health plan environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VP and Director-level Quality leaders, CMOs, and clinical executives who drive purchasing decisions around member engagement, care gap closure, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that connect Pyx Health's solutions to health plan Quality priorities, including Stars ratings, HEDIS performance, CAHPS scores, and regulatory compliance objectives.
- Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional teams to shape deal strategy and ensure smooth handoff from sale to implementation.
- Represent Pyx Health at industry events, Quality-focused conferences, and forums such as AHIP, NCQA, and state-level managed care convenings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM documentation to support revenue planning and leadership reporting.
