• Partner closely with Client Success, Sales, and Commercial teams to translate business questions into data-driven analyses that support client outcomes and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain compelling data visualizations and dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) that surface key client health metrics, commercial performance, and strategic KPIs for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Develop client-facing reports and data narratives that clearly communicate performance, value delivered, and opportunities for expansion — helping to support renewals and upsell conversations.
• Clean, prepare, and transform data from multiple sources to compute KPIs and perform analysis across the full client lifecycle.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform client success strategies and commercial decision-making, including forecasting, churn risk modeling, and growth opportunity identification.
• Establish and maintain performance tracking frameworks; identify improvement opportunities, form hypotheses, and design tests to optimize client and commercial outcomes.
• Access, collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from a variety of internal and external data sources.
• Create and apply algorithms to support calculations and interpretation of business performance.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation within the Client Success and Commercial Analytics practice.
• Translate highly technical findings into simplified stories and presentations for non-technical audiences, including executive leadership and client stakeholders.
