Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing, reputable manufacturing firm in Antioch to identify a Production Supervisor to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product
• Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management
• Resolve daily production issues working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environm
• Comfortable spending 85% of the time on the production floor
• Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration- Lean, 5S
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus
