Aegis is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• Manufacturing environment experience would be most ideal.
• Experience working with Paylocity (would be open to ADP, UKG, Paycheck, or Workday)
• Experience with processing payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tough skin – willing to put yourself in HR situations – and see all sides. ; able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite – Excel mainly!

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, accounting or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working for a company with multiple shifts and scheduling
• Experience with employee onboarding and compliance training.
