Aegis is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Manufacturing environment experience would be most ideal.
- Experience working with Paylocity (would be open to ADP, UKG, Paycheck, or Workday)
- Experience with processing payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tough skin – willing to put yourself in HR situations – and see all sides. ; able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite – Excel mainly!
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, accounting or related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working for a company with multiple shifts and scheduling
- Experience with employee onboarding and compliance training.
