We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on operational leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling, coordination, and receipt of inbound materials (e.g., packaging, raw materials, finished goods) into Sojo hub facilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate receiving processes, including inspection, documentation, and system entry in NetSuite and Scale WMS
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve delivery issues and maintain consistent inbound flow
  • Oversee outbound order fulfillment and shipment execution from hub locations
  • Plan and manage transportation, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling
  • Ensure consistent, reliable delivery performance aligned with customer requirements
  • Maintain shipment accuracy, documentation, and traceability across systems
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping using Scale WMS
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety
  • Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and labor utilization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility
  • Own inventory accuracy within the hub using NetSuite as the system of record and Scale WMS for execution
  • Lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate cross-functionally to prevent stockouts or excess
  • Ensure proper handling, rotation, and storage of all materials and finished goods
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related communication with suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and customers
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules with external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Resolve delivery issues and maintain high service levels
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as:
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Order accuracy
  • Dock-to-stock time
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve service
  • Drive adoption and optimization of NetSuite and Scale WMS to support scalable operations
  • Manage and develop warehouse and logistics staff within the hub
  • Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management
  • Own training and certification for shipping, receiving, and forklift operators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and consistent execution of SOPs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
